fastandfit servicesI offer 1-to-1, 2-to-1 and small group personal training. As a mobile personal trainer, I specialise in making full use of the outdoors, and I will travel to your home, workplace or anywhere else that offers space. If wanted, I can also visit the gym with my clients. An initial consultation will address your past exercise history, health and medical background, and your motivations and goals for your training sessions. Optionally, this session can include a health and fitness check, so that we can measure your progress towards your chosen goals. As well as your aspirations we will also discuss your limitations and time constraints. If you have limited time then we could incorporate this initial consultation into your first session. Please see below for the type of questions covered. After this I will tailor-make a personalised training schedule for you to follow and provide you with everything you need to see it through and achieve your goals. I offer a comprehensive package to cover all aspects of fitness including cardiovascular training, muscular strength, flexibility, core stability, posture specific exercises, nutrition analysis and weight management.
